I recently had a setup session with Mark at All Tech Plus, and I couldn't be happier with the service! 😊 Mark was incredibly patient as we went through loading new phone numbers to set up WhatsApp and organizing video links. I had an issue with my oldish PC and contacted Mark and he arranged to check out to see if he could rectify the problem. After initial diagnostic checking he gave me a better idea of what the issue could be and over the next 24 hours of working remotely and then visiting my address, he managed to rectify the issue and is giving me some ideas moving forward as to possible upgrade and change. First class customers service and 100% knows his stuff, would definitely recommend Mark and his company.
